Beginners

The best pace to start. Give us a couple of hours per week and you will experience first hand the many benefits of the practice of yoga. We teach you principles that work to quickly improve your posture, alleviate pain and focus your mind. Come practice with us and feel your body come alive.

Basic Vinyasa

A creative expression of yoga, this eclectic class mixes elements from many yoga styles and traditions. This vinyasa (flow) style class challenges body and mind, builds core strength, and offers the opportunity for deep healing and release. Postures are modified to accommodate all levels, offering beginning and advanced students a satisfying and invigorating practice.

Open Vinyasa

A more energetic expression of our Basic Vinyasa class. Creative sequencing, dynamic flow and an opportunity to tap into your greatest potential. Some experience recommended.

Hot Vinyasa

We’re turning up the heat. This vinyasa style challenges body and mind, builds core power, ignites internal heat, promotes a cleansing sweat, and offers the opportunity for deep healing and release. A strong dynamic flow integrating deep and long holds. Water and towels encouraged.

Express Classes

Is “not enough time for yoga” holding you back? How about a 60-minute yoga practice that is challenging and effective? Strengthen and tone your “hot spots”, increase endurance, enhance flexibility and bring balance into your exercise routine. Take advantage of Sunshine Express, Lunchtime Express or Bliss Express to get yoga into your life at a time that’s convenient for you, without overextending your already packed schedule.

Pre-Natal Yoga

A gentle yet invigorating program suitable for all moms-to-be and the post-delivery transition. The practice focuses on breath work to foster conscious relaxation, abdominal and pelvic floor toning and postures designed to prevent and alleviate the normal discomforts in the rapidly changing pregnant body. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Soul, Funk and Flow

This blended class caters to all levels and provides the opportunity for students to experience an intelligent multi-level practice. Discover your soulful, funky self as you flow to amazing music and the rhythm of the breath. A delicious dissolve will culminate in savasasana. Expect this practice to cultivate a purifying heat in the body. You will emerge inspired and alive.
