Yoga for Runners

This workshop will focus on strength, recovery, injury prevention and improved biomechanics specifically geared to runners of all ages and levels. Andrea is an avid runner. Completing several marathons and half-marathons as well as an experienced trainer and yoga teacher. She has dedicated her teaching towards working specifically with runners of all levels to maintain optimal performance. Ellen has spent the last 30 years as a fitness/yoga teacher trainer working with both private clients and public classes She is known for her alignment focused practice and extensive knowledge of the body.
