Prema Hara Ocean of Grace Tour: A Kirtan Celebration

Kamaniya and Keshavacharya are kirtan gypsies, touring internationally as the sacred music duo Prema Hara. Attracted by Bhakti Yoga, the path of devotion, both have spent many years living in ashrams, searching for the divine through devotional service and singing. Seeing so many people's hearts transformed through the power of chanting sacred mantras, they were inspired to commit their lives to sharing the universal practice of kirtan with the world. Live Music and Yoga with Girish

Art of Attention Steady Serenity
with Elena Brower. Sunday, May 17, 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Together we’ll explore how to reframe our physiology, rewire our neurology and redesign our thinking. Expect an energizing asana practice focusing on standing, twisting and hip opening poses to create simultaneous awareness of endurance with ease. We will also practice a healing meditation as well restorative rest.
Momma, teacher, speaker, and co-author of Art of Attention, Elena has been teaching yoga and meditation since 1999. After graduating from Cornell University in 1992 with a design degree, she worked as a textile and apparel designer for six years, and has been studying with master yoga teachers since 1997. Influenced by several traditions, Elena offers yoga and meditation as a way to approach our world with realistic reverence and gratitude. Her classes are a masterful, candid blend of artful alignment and attention cues for your body, mind and heart.
From the Museum of Modern Art to the Great Lawn at Central Park, from the Old Port of Montreal to the Eiffel Tower, Elena is honoured to offer larger-scale experiences of yoga and meditation, but her true service is in shifting awareness within the smallest interactions; one family, one household at a time. In this fun, interactive class, children will be introduced to the yoga practice through music, games, stories and play. Playtime with My Little Yogi

While playing together, we will use props like: balls, scarves, pinwheels and pom-poms that will help build strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. Through poses, games, partnering, storytelling and music we will learn to release the “sillies” and find the “calm”.
