The best pace to start. Give us a couple of hours and you will experience first hand the many benefits of the practice of yoga. We teach you principles that work to quickly improve your posture, alleviate pain and focus your mind. Come practice with us and feel your body come alive.
BASIC-VINYASA
A creative expression of yoga, this eclectic class mixes elements from many yoga
styles and traditions. This vinyasa (flow) style class challenges body
and mind, builds core strength, & offers the opportunity for deep healing
and release. Postures are modified to accommodate all levels, offering
beginning and advanced students a satisfying and invigorating practice.
OPEN-VINYASA
Vigorous yoga that will bring you deep into the core of your being. This energetic class will challenge and transform. Pranayama (breath work); creative postures, core/ab sequencing, dynamic flow and inversions will reconnect you to your potential power.
HOT VINYASA
We’re turning up the heat. This vinyasa style challenges body and mind, builds
core power, ignites internal heat, promotes a cleansing sweat, and
offers the opportunity for deep healing and release A strong dynamic
flow integrating deep and long holds.. water and towels encouraged.
LUNCHTIME EXPRESS
Is “not enough time” for yoga holding you back? Lunchtime Express provides a 60 minute yoga practice that is challenging and effective. Strengthen and tone your “hot spots”, increase endurance, enhance flexibility and bring balance into your exercise routine. Get yoga into your life without overextending your already packed schedule. All levels welcome

PARENT & ME YOGA
Practicing yoga with your child improves flexibility, energy and endurance (not to mention bonding!) while contributing to the emotional well-being of mother and child. With a doctor's approval, classes are open to moms and babies who are 4-6 weeks up to and including those beginning to crawl.
Pre-registration is required.
BLISS EXPRESS

ASHTANGA (Primary Series)
The traditional Ashtanga primary series as developed by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. An athletic, elegant and physically challenging practice, which builds upper body strength, flexibility and endurance while detoxifying the body and calming the mind.
ASHTANGA (Modified)
On the first half of the primary series practice with some exploration into the second half of the primary series. In depth discussion of some of the more difficult postures with modifications given as needed.
GROUP MYSORE
A group practice based on the Ashtanga system. This dynamic follow the leader
format is a great way to start the day! Cheat sheets will be provided.
Some prior yoga experience recommended.
PRE-NATAL YOGA
A gentle yet invigorating program suitable for all moms-to-be and the
post-delivery transition. The practice focuses on breath work to foster
conscious relaxation, abdominal and pelvic floor toning, and postures
designed to prevent and alleviate the normal discomforts in the rapidly
changing pregnant body. No previous yoga experience necessary.
